| Traditionally, conversion from PAL to NTSC footage has been a costly process. Now software such as After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Vegas and Premiere all have solutions for converting from one format to the other. We convert each frame of PAL to a single image - as if it was shot on film - and then we print it to either 2 or 3 NTSC fields. The result look much like film converted to video.
