How much will shipping cost?
During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping methods from which you can pick the one that suits you.

Basically, the shipping cost will vary depending on where your operation is based, and what amount and kind of products you're buying.

Of course it will be more expensive to ship ten DVD's than to ship one, and it will for sure be more expensive to ship a La Cie Studio Drive than it would be to ship some DVD's.

The total cost of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable (Sweden only) are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Can I return my order?
As we are selling digitized media we cannot allow any returns. It simply would not be possible for us to control if someone had made a copy of the files we deliver. On the other hand, if you are using a credit card and you never receive any goods, refunds will be credited to your account. This is not only guaranteed by Global Cuts but also by our payment gateway partner Shift 4 (www.shift4.com).

If you are uncertain before ordering and feel like checking out a special clip that is of great importance to you, please contact us and we will make a full resolution version available to you.
